Admission Process
Follow these steps to secure your place at Abongomola Seed Secondary School.
Visit our school office or download the application form from our website. Forms are also available at selected stationery shops in Lira town.
Attach copies of PLE results (for S1), previous school reports, birth certificate, passport photos, and immunization records.
Candidates sit for an entrance assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science. This helps us understand each student's learning level.
Shortlisted candidates and their parents/guardians are invited for an interview with the school administration.
Successful candidates receive an admission letter with details on fees, requirements, and reporting date.
Admission Requirements
Ensure you have all required documents before applying.
- Completed Primary Leaving Examination (PLE)
- PLE aggregate of 28 or better (recommended)
- Birth certificate or baptism card
- Four passport-size photographs
- Immunization records
- Previous school reports (if transferring)
- Letter of recommendation from previous school
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes
- Minimum of credit in English and Mathematics
- Relevant subject combination requirements met
- UCE result slip or certificate
- Four passport-size photographs
- Character reference from O-Level school
- National ID or birth certificate
